Q: Are you willing to travel?
A: Yes, we are available to travel almost anywhere.
Q: Do you shoot with film or digital?
A: We shoot all digital. We are experienced in color correcting and editing photos, and all our post-processing is done in-house with strict attention to detail.
Q: When will our proofs be ready to look at?
A: Approximately 2-3 days.
Q: Do you offer high resolution images on a
CD?
A: Yes, we offer high resolution images a la carte at an additional cost.
Q: How much do you charge for a photography session?
A: Sittings for children and families start at just $50; this includes your sitting fee and one 8 x10 and two 5x7’s or a combination of other prints. We realize each family has their own wants and needs therefore we are willing to work within any budget. Wedding packages start at $500. Please contact us for further information on how we customize a package that meets your needs.
Q: What kind of albums do you offer?
A: We offer both magazine style albums and coffee table albums. We believe that albums should be timeless, so our albums are simple and elegant.
Q: Can my pet be in my photos?
A: Yes, pets are always welcome. They are family too. Please let us know if you will bring your pet so we can come prepared.
Q: What if my children are not cooperating?
A: We have no problem with rescheduling your photos for another time. However, we do have a lot of experience with children's photography. We are confident we can make your child smile. It is also a great help if you bring a toy or blanket that your child knows. Also, it is best to schedule your child’s portrait around their naptime.
Q: What should we wear for our session?
A: Wearing long sleeves makes you look taller and more slender, and it emphasizes your face. Generally this is where we want the most skin showing. Stick to solid colors or a mix of solids and prints when possible, particularly in a large group or family picture. Patterned clothing distracts from the subjects.
When dressing children, simplicity is best, too many colors patterns and accessories distract from the innocence we are trying to capture.
Dress from head to toe. Make sure that your shoes and socks match your outfit; your never know when an un-matching item of clothing might peek out in a picture.
When getting a family or group picture taken, choose a color (or set of complementary colors), and have each member where a shade or variation of that color.
